...es here are beyond frustrating, always skewed in favor of the company's benefit. Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. If you're desperate to join, demand a proper offer letter upfront; otherwise, I strongly advise against proceeding.Work life is a nightmare. Projects are scarce, and they shuffle you around roles as they please, disregarding your skills or preferences. Trying to get them to listen or make changes is like talking to a wall.

...t from employees because it cant sustain itself, one of the employees committed suicide because he wasn't paid salary.

The company tries to deduct salary by using methods that look like mental torture, the HR department made hell reality.

I have joined as fresh . And I am frontend developer . I got opportunity to learn but no proper project assigned. I only liked there flexible work timing

... ongoing project. We can't trust the co worker as well. Very worst experience. Hr are not at all responsible for employees query but they will deduction salary amount very nicely. In one team the manager is not good she is the one who hears to other guys and take decision. But brigosha support her only more vry worst experience.

No proper management. No proper policies. No proper communication. Worst HR Team and Management. They change policies without informing. They are running organization by looting money from employees.

the sole aspect i found appreciable about this organization was the friendships i formed during my tenure. I would attribute the tolerable experience of working here to the bonds I forged with my colleagues.

Dislikes

the workload was overwhelming, often requiring us to work for more than 12 hours, and even on weekends. This situation was extremely challenging and there was no work-life balance.
