Very Bad Culture, Company owner Interference in every decision .No value for Your lifelong hard work, Salary without any reason, Very bad management for business point of view, less chance of growth of company as well as resource. Company has no business plan for next few years ,just waiting for new miracles in telecom infrastructure business .also they just want new resource at management position who has no issue with pay cut .also they negotiate for your Full and final settlement . they will ask if you want relieving and experience certificate ,take half amount and settle .Also create huddles in your next job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

This company not payment Salary , and teammates are terrible , most important co-ordinater, project manager, highly most disturbing member office staff regarding salary department . This is bad experience in this company

Very bad politics, working environment is poor, salary credited is less than mention in offer letter, pf not credited, behaviour of seniors is bad, when you leave this company then management cut your 3,4 month salary and never credited in future

I like to company's field person.everyone is respect each other and cooperate with each other but if you are in higher post so that person didn't cooperate with anyone becz they love his job that means they are selfish and didn't like to that I think if you are in working so don't be selfish if you want to become so be only study...

Everything is great like training, learning but one think don't like if you are feel unsafe your job so you can blame other person becz somebody his love his job.... but I think relationship is better than job becz you are not a business..
