Also no personal growth bootlicker are entertained alot by manager just blame game of target and non stop hours of work
*NOTHING* Their ability to fool their customers - parents if you are reading, just don't enroll your child. They don't give refunds and sell your information. If you do, ask them to show evidence for their courses. Reality is, that they don't have the courses that they are selling at all. The material is left to even produce. If you are an international parent, then go for some other coding/finance course. It does not match the quality or standard of international markets. Also you can get 70% off on the website price if you know how to negotiate. Do not pay more than $10 as that's the real price.
- Trash company culture, mentally draining and overall exhaustion
- The salary is high, but there is no life that you'll have. Eat, sleep, work
— The compensation plans are made in such a way that you cannot even take a penny home in incentives. So don't be fooled. These people are so clever they'll only pay you your salary nothing else so don't think you'll get a huge fixed comp and then incentives too because you won't
— Training is as bad as it can get, as it doesn't prepare you for anything. The managers are not welcoming and nor will they show you how things are done. Manager rivalry is a thing here and if they don't like you in the first place, they will never help you and will suggest to the management that you get fired. The company won't fire you, your manager will.
— I cannot emphasize enough on the fact of what clown of a character is Peasant. He was in sales. Nobody took him as he couldn't do sales anymore. Then BC through pity and the guy joined HR. Knows nothing about employee sustenance and is a huge whistleblower. If you go to him for any issue, he'll throw you out, so guys you can't complain about the company or your manager, or you'll be out.
— Divide and rule is the system, really. Performers will be divided and treated differently. The rest who require help will be discarded. And oh, not to forget the consistent 'you'll be fired' will always make its way. I hear that till date it's so funny.
— Ryan couldn't sustain 10x and hence sold to BC now. Now he's a slave here.
— Tons of parents ask for refund as the course and teachers are bad too.
— Managers make your life a living hell and only care about their incentives.
— I've seen people being laid off without even being paid. So if join and are laid off in a month, you're not getting a penny.
— There are many fake news articles that they publish to fool parents. Go look at their websites, the articles are not even relevant.
— The demand for product is not there and the ops team is bad. So you're a sales person, and a customer support agent as well. Be ready to be bashed by the manager, founder, VP, parents, even your colleagues (as no one is a good person) and of the illiterate HR team.
— Pay parity is a thing. Your colleagues earn 40-50% more for the same work. If you go here, ask for 8-9LPA. Less than that and you're digging your own well.
— No appraisal culture. You will work at the same salary till you die. You will get promotions for the name of it. No use of these promotions. and even if you are a TL, you still will not get a raise. Cheap labor guys we are independent since 76 years, make a decision wisely.
- No good reviews are true, they're all paid and we were put in a meeting to do that with the others.
- Incompetent TLs too. Can't do a sale themselves and would as you to do it.
- Divide your salary by the number of hours you put in. It's a 12-14 hr shift mind you. Not worth it.

nothing, poor management, no respect for teachers, no apraisal, no minimum pay..lots of penalties, even students get frustrated because they do not respond to their querries
everything..teachers do not get paid even minimum worth salary..morover they get huge penalties..one complete paid class will pay you 175 and for different reasons penalise you 1500 ..they charge high from students and pay very less or least to teachers..
Salary is hell less, this job is suitable for college students
Unwanted no pay for class
If your looking as part-time job this is not for you, some extend it is okay for full-time.
Their dashboard is very worst no idea what kind of software developers they hired.
Worst technical glitches always.
