Average work environment. Teachers are very supportive but management is poor. School lacks cultural diversity (Management + Students + Max teachers belongs to Jain community). Additionally, due to poor management system one cannot imagine of a transitional growth (Academically and financially). Although kids are good, smart and brilliant. Principal is a bit bossy. Teachers stability is not seen in this organisation. 2 Saturday's are compulsory to work and 2 saturdays are off. Yearly Appraisals are very poor for teachers. I would rate this school as 4 out of 10 for teachers 6.5 out of 10 for students Thank you

There is nothing to like about the school. This school doesn’t have any standard to be called as an international school. The management in all the areas is horrible and unethical . There is no security of the job. Anytime anything can happen. All the policies are twisted and turned in their favour. Pay scale is like peanuts and exploitation is to some other level. Do not even consider to work in this school.

...es if there is some work is expected from you. Otherwise no respect to teachers. There is a big zero in terms of salary, appraisal. Whatever they are asking above for is just does not exist in this school. Nothing to gain in this school.
