Salary received in time every month without delay

Dislikes

Area manager is just headache he won't give you any kind of leave and even won't allow weakly off, HR department has zero power in this organisation, manager will mentally torture you everyday no matter what you do our achievement are always higher than target still we face this just imagine what others faces who are unable to achieve the target, Manager is very rude , illogical immature

Not to much work to do but there is always a pressure of sale to achieve the target

Dislikes

Regarding salary account there is no option except ICICI bank and Kotak Bank they only provide the salary in these accounts and there is no incentive on 99% you have to achieve 100% target or more to have monthly incentive and also no holiday on any occasion they only provide weekly off and sum leave that have different scenario

I would like to say salary and incentive is good.

Dislikes

I am working in industry last 13 years but I do not see this type politics in any company . My Seniour had transfer out of delhi with out any cause and When I resign one month ago no one call me why do you resign in this company . I did work very hard and fruitfully when I keep the east Patel Nagar store . Store sale was only 11 lakh but When I left store was did all time highest sale around 21 lakh . When I was resign I was very problem and dippress .

Timely training and zoom calls. Overall work culture is good

Dislikes

Lowest salary in Retail chains. Poor appraisal structure and politics. Company only focuses on milking the employee as much as they can and pay them the lowest.

Myself dedication towards the growth of the my store. Ultimately its the company's growth

Dislikes

Being a store manager is the worst curse in this company. This particular organization hires a store manager with higher package only to screw them up, no store manager has any sort of upper hand to deal with the nonsense of staff. Executive are well supported over manager reason the are have lesser salaries. HR policies are strong only on papers. Eg whistleblower. If you uncover any wrong doing of your senior then you will only suffer the torture. You can only survive in this company if you know how satisfy your bosses ego and be a perfect chaplus.. Upfront people cannot survive as they will find some or the other reason so as to your quit the job..
