Job security is not a concern, Time to time monthly salary without follow up, certain learning initiatives

Dislikes

Work life balance is nill, some work on Sundays or at night, no sick leaves even in necessary cases to be taken from leave balance, far away projects from location, no scope for fun(activities are there, but just for the sake)

Likes

During COVID-19 lockdown instead of supporting employees, Brigade have laid off 30% of the employees. Management is very slow in taking decesions. Brigade's policies and management failed to sustain in this critical time.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management is very slow. Salary is low compare to market and career growth is slow.

Likes

The company is led by the finest gentleman who is down to earth person,the management is good which reach out till the lower grade,there are opportunities for the skill development,the efforts are recognised and rewarded if you have got a good boss, i spent my memorable 6 years at brigade it's a family for me and the colleagues i got are more than friends .

Dislikes

Work pressure will be there but one can have to deal with it to grow up in the organisation, compensation is decent.

Likes

Only said Salary we will get at the last day of every month promptly.

Dislikes

1) No job security, 2) Not advisable for the person who work straight forward and clean heart. 3) We should ready to accept the blame and mistake which done by our reporting manager if we need increment n promotion. 4) no credit or appraisal we get for the good job done and all the benefits will be showered to the reporting manager.

On time salary, Company policies and culture.

Dislikes

Internal Politics is there. Very worst this politics. Project head thought below person is a slave. Company culture is good but no use. Everything is project head hands only.
