Work Life Balance (Late Sitting, No strict policy for 5 Day Week, Not Provided if HOD want), Poor Competency Level of HODs, 1980s approach of Working, Almost No Skill Upgradation & Training Programs, No Compensatory-Off for Overtime Hours but Half Leave deduction Policy on Late Comings, No Criteria for Promotions & Appraisal Grading (only HOD Recommendation based)

The company is believe to deliver a quality product, it's growing day by day in it, there is freedom to keep your opinion in front of management. Good in work life balance due to understandable sales work culture no unnecessary work pressure. Pay is good enough.

Dislikes

...o no any motivational programmes for employees so don't find exposure in future. Just do work & have salary. company don't have plans to make employees excite to work more.

Good company to work for temporary, mainly for mechanical students, and u can't develop knowledge from the work. Just the formal procedures we can.

Targets will be there to complete for per shift, salary will not at the time, physically u will get damaged.
