Work Life Balance (Late Sitting, No strict policy for 5 Day Week, Not Provided if HOD want), Poor Competency Level of HODs, 1980s approach of Working, Almost No Skill Upgradation & Training Programs, No Compensatory-Off for Overtime Hours but Half Leave deduction Policy on Late Comings, No Criteria for Promotions & Appraisal Grading (only HOD Recommendation based)

Good company to work for temporary, mainly for mechanical students, and u can't develop knowledge from the work. Just the formal procedures we can.

Targets will be there to complete for per shift, salary will not at the time, physically u will get damaged.

Management think good way to run the company, company has provided salary even lockdown period. Company systems is very good.

Manufacturing team always struggling to manage work & personal life. Team work is 0. Manufacturing department also would like to work like other departments.
