New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. This is one of the best company to start your career. The management will be friendly and will provide you anything if you are one of the best. But if you don't perform well they will give some period of time and you need to improve your skills at that time, if you failed in this period also then you can't survive in that company. If you satisfy management with your performance then they will satisfy your expectations for sure.

If you are one of the best then you have to stay more time in the company. Management is believing some of the members only, so you need to satisfy those members only. If you want stay long time like 3 years and above then that would be the best company.
