Work culture was good till March 2024

The current Operations leads are horrible. They have no decency or culture. The lead Shrikant Bhawsar behave like a hitler, fights with everyone. He is selfish, sadist and created toxic environment forcing more than 10 people to quit. Surprisingly Singapore team is supporting this behaviour of his. He shows wrong picture that he is the only one working and others are all just passing their time. He has no technical Knowledge and uses ChatGPT for all technical stuff. He gives client also wrong picture. Always cries for appreciation. Writes rudely to vendors and all staff. Has No respect for any one.

Flexible work environment and timely pay

Bridge always prefer courpt people, they have a mechanical lead who give all false information and try to involve his vendor at site to get money. He always use abusive language to team and ask to leave so that he do OT for money. He also harras vendor as such that he imself leave, he also thraten team to spoil career and New GM support him.

Likes

The Management based in Singapore is good, however, their involvement in India Operations is not much. The policies are framed based on inputs from Management and Employees, which puts both sides at ease. Flexible working hours are another feather to the wings which puts the employees' lookup to the organization with respect.

Dislikes

The General Manager in India and his deputies are corrupt to the core, they are pouncing on opportunities where they can make monies. This makes it difficult for the honest staff to work as the ones who don't participate in this corruption are put through hell and eventually, people are thrown out.

Everything also worst especially the management and departments leaders especially the stupid idiot Kent Looi. Know nothing about project management and construction. Only know how to talk nonsense and pressure the project teams. Brainless!

Very much disgusting culture and even basic amenities not provided by the management. Too much politics will resist your growth and generate no satisfaction in job life. No good policies, over-all nothing good as per company standards. It's just a job if you are not bother about career growth and want politics around you than join Bridge.
