There is a big difference between permanent and contractual staffs, salary also not to much attractive . Duty hour is too much high. Minimum 12 hour with lots of politics between stuffs. Not a good environment for work. But good platform for learning.

If you want to work in hell(Narak) ....then welcome in Bridge and Roof Family.But, unfortunately I am also the part of this horrific family of B&R.

...seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. Some time you will have to work 24hrs or more. Dear friends please don't take me in wrong way(Negative person).This is my personal views about this company.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

One can learn from basics ,site execution to planning and Billing work.

No carreer growth opportunities as a contractual engineer or staff.neither they pay good salary nor increment.work culture is too toxic and hectic.

As a contractual employee it is horrible to stay in this company. For permanent employee its a heaven. Its a construction company so work life balance is poor.

Dislikes

For a contractual employee salary, job security, self-respect all are in terrible condition.
