Job Security. If having any genuine connections at Head Office things become a lot easier.

...Out dated procedures. No training to the employees posted at site whatsoever. No incentives or bonus for officers. HR needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS.

Teammates Management are supportive .In these lockdown period maybe we are getting our salary very late 3month pending. But company support in lockdown . We got salary and nobody was fired. Good company to learn and gain experience for freshers.

No work life balance No growth ,no salary hike Nominal salary All are depends on if there is any higher level known person if you know any gm or dgm you will benifit All employee are oil maker. Some of the sites an engineer worked as a supervisor. Good for freshers to learn but definitely not for seniors. Some permanent and some temporary employees are useless .

Company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology.I love fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable ,high- quality products & and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from vareous cultural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 12- 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also.there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

...t all work done by contract temporary staff.Permanent employees round the stick.It is a contractor company there have not any work life balance salary on time for those who is permanent and contract temporary there have no timely salary they behave like slave.
