Contract employee facing problem regarding monthly salary timing. Very Big problem for contract employee. Yes ,I will best performance in this company company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...t all work done by contract temporary staff.Permanent employees round the stick.It is a contractor company there have not any work life balance salary on time for those who is permanent and contract temporary there have no timely salary they behave like slave.

...seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. Some time you will have to work 24hrs or more. You are always on the edge as far as job security. The senior management team is good, but currently the apex management wants to bring in some drastic changes. Though the company has a policy as most big companies do, implementation in minimal.

...ail one's optimum performance. There's no official offer or appointment letter. The salary scale is much less compared to other institutions.
