...seniors that..If you will not work and earn something from site for the company. Then how will company manage to pay our salary.(Company always facing economical crisis) 10. You can't even easily take your own leave as per your own decision. 11. Some time you will have to work 24hrs or more. As a contractual employee it is horrible to stay in this company. For permanent employee its a heaven. Its a construction company so work life balance is poor.
