The team culture and the help and guidance by the managers who are mostly ex employees of the Public sector or private sector banking.

Dislikes

Almost nothing. Just that they didn't inform at the time of the interview about the situation the company was facing. They should be truthful about it.

BWR is a very good organization,, it gives time to an employee to prove him self. I have never worked an orgnization like this before, really i feel sad that i left this job because of SEBI problems.. I think there wont be any other organization like this.. If chance to get an oppurtunity to work it will be great honour to me.. I miss BWR.

Quality people in the company help to solve the problems. Very supporting seniors set examples and motivate the juniors.

In the rating industry Brickwork is a small player. This is the only big problem.

Great learning opportunities from many experienced professionals and guidance towards career growth and team work , we attitude , there are so many positive points but beyond that great ambiance to work.

I really enjoyed working here and did not faced even a single disliking situation.

Zero training & development for employees neither on joining nor on a continuous basis. There isn't enough guidance from the reporting heads. The company hires mostly retired bankers from public sector banks who not always have the required insight about various dimensions of the risk rating. The analysts are overloaded with number of cases which leads to deterioration in the rating quality. Overall the company is fine for a couple of years but there is no learning after that and if someone is serious about their career progression then they should leave after that.
