Overall poor in compensation and benefits. Senior and middle managers who have been around for ages actively involved in office politics. Genuine talent will have a tough time at this firm with very little growth opportunities.

...ure and reporting hirearcy. Too much office politics and favouritism is rampant. Compensation major drawback, they give you all reasons to not pay. Overall toxic work culture.

It is the worst company I have worked with. Salary is not good There is no incentives. No bonus nothing People have to beg for leaves No work life balance During pandamic I used my personal laptop to work. No internet charges. So much of bias and favouritism Projects are given only to management favorites So many internal reports. Company is wasting time in non productive things

Working in BS team is a big strength as it give good knowledge and skills

Work life balance and everything else is absolutely horrible No office culture Just to much control over employees No freedom to do anything

Company don't have any job security and starting 6months there is a probation period .At anytime they can fire you without any proper reason. There is no welcome kit. They only provide a small notebook and pen.when they fire you, you have to keep their Notebook and pen and submit them.
