...ure and reporting hirearcy. Too much office politics and favouritism is rampant. Compensation major drawback, they give you all reasons to not pay. Overall toxic work culture.

You pretty much easily can work on your communication skills if it's really poor, the job isn't monotonous, you get to learn new each n every time you get a new client based on the requirement. Pretty encouraging staff but not really in team

...of the team mates and the team leader , we don't let to do what we wish to do. Just becoz of few people the company gets to hear no opportunity for salary raise they just find ways to get an escalation to avoid giving us the appraisal:) Few people really lack the team management skill which depletes the mental health of an employee Main team leaders should believe in action towards the work than bluffing around the client.

It is the worst company I have worked with. Salary is not good There is no incentives. No bonus nothing People have to beg for leaves No work life balance During pandamic I used my personal laptop to work. No internet charges. So much of bias and favouritism Projects are given only to management favorites So many internal reports. Company is wasting time in non productive things

Overall poor in compensation and benefits. Senior and middle managers who have been around for ages actively involved in office politics. Genuine talent will have a tough time at this firm with very little growth opportunities.
