Hygiene is not maintained in the branch. HR team not entertain on the time. Office Premises are not safe. They are not focus on the service they just focus to increase login because of money otherwise service & policy not received from them to customer and no one take responsibility to handle the customers. Customer suffered a lot. Overall my experience is worst 😕

Job security no, work culture is good, management also good company policy is excellent.

No job security because suddenly remove to system, before taken resign any one first of looking employees business review target like as disbursement target , login target , revenue generated to company don't say directly resign his job .
