Salary in installments 2 1 Sunday for 6 day, mean if you take 2 leave then you will receive salary of 4 days instead of 5 days. Salary will deduct for Sunday. 4 Different policy/rules for different persons, no uniform policy. 5 Provide variable in CTC to making fool to employees, because it will never give to employees. 6 All directors shout like louder speeker and treat to employees like animals/ labour since they have ego problem. 7 Salary deduction for late comming whether any kind of emergency, traffic. 8 Fire the employees in second without notice and bifurcate the work of fired employees in rest employees instead of replacement or giving time for hand over to existing employees. 9 They will force you to work on Sunday without extra payment in the name of startup. 12 They force employee's to do contribution for gift on Directors birthday and their family, however no gift provide to employees birthday. 13 This is first office on earth where management will call you in their cabin and continue to do their work constantly infinite hours until you left the cabin or pain in your leg. 14 There is concept of labour and supervisor instead of employees and employer since they treat their employees as labour or begger. 15 There is no employees who received their full and final after serving notice hence employees left the organisation after receiving salary. 16 Calculator time and count of employees for bathroom and lunch. 17 If you want to learn abusive language and you can join because this is very common

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
