worst company in terms of work culture. They are chowkidars keeping eyes always on their employees. And they fire employees like hell. It's like a school where employees cannot even talk to each other. Only half an hour's break is given and if someone is late coming after the break, get ready for the pay cut man. No culture at all. They don't even have basic etiquette. Monday to Saturday 9 hours. It's ridiculous. They don't give their employees paid holidays nor pf and esi facilities, nothing.

Brewbakes hospitality is a great service provider company. It help the employee during the covid-19 lockdown as very well. It take care of the fooding and lodging with sufficient remuneration of employee in PAN india. Work culture of this company are very professionally.

Thanks for Mr.Anupam sir(CEO), Mr. Adarsh sir(Director), and Mr. Rajeev sir (Franchise head). I had worked over there 1 year and it was good experience in Brewbakes. Its a company i love to worked with.Great work, great learning. They have great mentors to guide me.Best part is their open door policy. Would love to mention few lovely people i worked with. Franchise Head : Must say he is such cool and supportive person, always have the best solution to any concern/problem and always there to motivate, encourage and provide the best guidance or help. Friendly, u can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend with me. He keeps motivating me to upskill. I really appreciate and thankyou so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically , professionally as well as personally. Everything. No professionalism. They show that they care about you, buy after getting knowledge from you they don't give a damn to you. Worst management, only money money money.. Salary never on time. Worst company to work for.
