Managers often shout and irritates over minor mistake of the team member, creating demotivating work envrionment. The company lacks proper structure and process for handling HR related tasks from candidate sourcing, pre-onboarding to offboarding. there is a clear absence of standardised procedures which leads to confusion and ineffciency. Another major concern is the lack of clarity in the recruitment process, candidates are often rejected over small and silly reasons which can be ignore and trained accordingly, Office facilities are again poor, they have common washrooms which building own with poor hygiene, also they don't have canteen or a proper space to have lunch in.

Likes

Brevistay is a great place to work for someone looking to grow in career while still having a proper work-life balance. The company is fairly new with an active and young workforce which makes everyday at work, fun. It’s easier to reach and communicate with the higher management which helps keep things transparent.

Dislikes

Appraisals & Promotions could be better and should be based on the work responsibilities and work load a person handles throughout the year.

Likes

Firstly there is no pressure about working but yes, there is a culture that no one ask what are you doing ot why are you roaming, what they want is "WORK AT TIME", Either you do 3hr or 6hr the result matters.

Dislikes

Always in every office we found office politics, sometime it good and healty but sometimes it cause a good problem. but yeah it's a part of life, and lack of activities with employes for engagement and Growth.

Likes

A great place to work. All colleagues are friendly and supportive, making teammwork enjoyable. The work environment is positive and encouraging. Got many opportunities to learn and upskill myself.

I had a great time working for the company. All the employees and the founder were amazing.

There was nothing I disliked about the company. When I left the company there were only 10 of us that was the sad part other that nothing comes to my mind.
