salary and facilities are very very good in this company.

Dislikes

Especially Pharma India team - products are very very less and sales pressure will at peaks on daily meetings to meets the sales target and when we visit customer we don't have any special products to offer to customer. only 4-5 products were we need to generate sales.

...d the place was good. But there was no indication that you'll be moving forward. People wasted 3 years there and their salary didn't even get a single raise.. pathetic for contract work.

Company management policy is "new people should come in and old (more than 2 years) should go"except business managers and directors. They have many ways to frustrate you & they will, after spending 1 year with company. No employment ethics at all.

However the major Conecrn is Job security…. The company’s frequesnt hire and fire policy can create a climate of uncertainty and instability…. The issue of voluntary layoffs further excerbates these situations . Suggesting need to work more closely with workforce and their inclusion. And very few older employees who exhibit very toxic environment towards mid- senior employees . This need to be addressed . Good part is that supportive older employees outnumber them significantly but it’s still need to be addressed ..
