There is nothing to like about the company. Founder is stupid, he do not listen anyone. He thinks that he knows everything. He don't have any vision. And taking about Work life, so it is shit. They do not praise you. Politics is there. HR's do politics.

There is no job security. It depends on Founders mood if he wants you in his company or not.

Recently I have given interview in this organization, my interview was taken by seema goel the head of department, such a pathetic interview it has been, I mean how can be senior females in the nutrition industry has so much attitude, ok forgot abt attitude she doesnt even asked relevant questions, she was only digging what have done in my past organization, how did it work to collect the data only, and even didn't asked me if I have any questions, just said we r done with the interview and closed the meeting before a say something.....frauded organization

No matter when your shift is you'll keep getting calls for updates from managers. Once you get a client all responsibility is yours, be it issues with application or fitness. Manager will tell that they'll connect to help but do only when it's too late and renewal is near. Even if clients do not follow after constant motivation and follow ups you will get the blame.

Work culture, lack of professionalism, higher authorities will message u or call u even in late nights , whatever happens in this organisation the whole blame will be imposed on health coach. Lack of work flow .

Training experience is good and incentives are also good.

Dislikes

Work and life balance is not there. manager even messages at 11pm at night to get their work done. even its work from home. you should respect other person privacy also. they treat employees like shit and do not even appraise them. very poor management and work culture. thats why i resigned. alot alot and alot of politics there.
