Extreme micro-management in the Project Management team and the work load is immense. The leaders work 12 hours or more and somehow expect similar input from the team as and when needed.

Great culture, awesome work-life balance, salary & benefits. Your work is usually very easily recognized. You will get a great opportunity to learn new things to work upon. 1. Fast-paced workspace and industry. 2. Great team, who work hard but also take a moment to celebrate the wins.

BrrachLock is running by an egoistic CEO, What I like most while working here is that the CEO's strategy to hire freshers on a mere salary and then exploiting them. The other good thing about BL is that it won't let you enjoy your weekends because CEO will keep pinging on WhatsApp group to dedicate you work.

Dislikes

First and most important thing they give you title of digital marketing specialist while when you really join in you work as a presales executive, a completely backend job and absolutely changed job opportunities. • CEO may verbally abuse you during meetings • Work life balance is a joke here, minimum 11-12 hrs you would have to work. • Cheap politics inside the shell • I joined this company as a fresher and the amount of toxicity I had here was unbearable. Everyone in BL shares same story, underpaid, overloaded and toxicity. Be it India team or US one. I won't suggest to join this company. On the name of startup Mr CEO is only exploiting and ill treating, mentally and physically.

Worst ever company. CEO doesn't know how to talk to employees. So much toxic person. He can be easily fooled by managers by some jargons. Manager is not clear what he actually wants employees to do. One day he will say that do this, another day he will say that he didn't told to do so. So ultimately the blame comes on juniors. They can fire anyone at anytime without any reasonable reason. There is nothing to like in this company.

Healthy work environment. Opportunities to learn new things and also provide opportunities to work with the international team. The management will always provide opportunities to prove yourself. The HR team is very polite and always ready to help and makes environment of the company interactive.
