It's a good place to learn . You have the best consultants who do amazing procedures . Workwise it's very enriching But the biggest flaw in the obgyn department. There is no hierarchy amongst registrars There are plain MBBS and BAMS MS hired in the department. After you have done your pg diploma MS MD , DNB it's sometimes demoralising and confusing honestly. They have no respect for u .. even the administration treats us all the same which is again confusing n sometimes is a big piss off . There is a lot of politics coz of the same mentioned scenario. There is no harmony coz of the discordance . That thing about all the people hired in the department irrespective of the degree knowledge experience in the field are treated the same One makes a mistake and you will be tortured. They say all are the same for us .But everyone have different work ethics. Correct the person who has made a mistake . Overall the work exposure the staff and the consultants are a dream to work with . U learn so much .. it's very enriching. If u have the patience it's a lovely place to be .. but if u consider the hierarchy in the medicine field it will be difficult for u .. some people do .. it's very much an obvious thing for them. So a big no no for such doctors.

Job security typically results in a more relaxed atmosphere in the workplace. Job security results in better employee engagement.Good work culture is one where employees are continuously encouraged to work as a team, have each other's back, and bring the best outcomes in every project.Basically healthy atmosphere.Management provides all the necessary things we require.Company policies are employee rights ,to be on time, well dressed , have good nature with our colleagues and doctors and everyone .

Worked with BCHT for 40 years and retired gracefully. Learnt how to survive in challenging times. Job was secured. Good working environment. Medical Benefits to all staff and spouse and staff dependents both as Out-patient and In-Patient. Free meals to all Executives and subsidised food in the Canteen for the staff. During lock down special arrangements for pickup and drop for the essential service staff on various routes. Insurance Cover for Covid-19.

I like everything about breach candy hospital. But most of the executive staffs are all in the age group of middle and late sixties. Youth who are energetic and expertise should be handled such responsibility

Excellent work culture or equality, job satisfaction, learning and safety and security in terms of use of PPE s for doctors and staff alike. The best place to work as a pediatric registrar.
