Nothing to be liked. you can lose your job at any time. employee with high salary are first thrown out so be carefull while joining this company. you can get hike but you can also loose job in seconds. Be carefull before joining.

Team work, company is good for fresher, but you will never see your career for long term. QA and QC team is very supportive.

...he manager is only comparing you with others. They dont want what you can do, No set parameter for salary growth, it is only matter of choice of your manager, baki sab to formalities h Bht sari chije h page bhi kam pd jayega
