Almost everything, right from HR trying to fool everyone with their lack of inexperience in handling resources to the management rarely doing any bit of benefit in growth of the employees.

...immediately. First they will ask you to join in 1 day or offer stands cancelled. Forget about joining bonus, they wont pay you Full and Final settlement for the notice period served. In worse scenario, if for any reason, you have to quit the job, they will make exit process like hell for you. There is no sympathy, humanity. I am regretting my decision of joining such a company. HR and even Managers are worse here, they will talk harshly and wont address your concerns.

Very stress full work and platform is not good always facing full of bugs and no salary payment for more than 7 months. Without proper reason layoffs happened. Now company is no more.

There is nothing positive about it except the inflated salary they offered to lure employees They also promoted employees and give above market hikes to portray normalcy

...es from IIT's and IIM's in Mar 2024 and only to lay them off in Sep 2024, Irony is they hardly got paid a months salary

They did not pay salary from May-2024 onwards and no communication from their end on it. the management is useless and they are not even fit to do any job, Ramalingaraju(satyam scam) is the mentor for this company and he again ruined 3000 employees and their families. in the initial days too there never paid insurance amounts on time, pf was not credited so we have difficulties, even office 365 access was expired as they did not renew.
