...and requests managers to micromanage and report people who are refusing to work. They cant even commit to a date of salary disbursement and follow through Hikes are minimal, company has delayed hikes by 6 months Feels like propoganda and delusion as senior management people says things they cant really back up. They are impartial in only one way - They put made up numbers on a daily basis irrespective of who they talk to - employees, investors, clients alike. They have gotten so used to lying that they have started believing in their own lyes

Salary package is good Food is provided by the company

Dislikes

The recent rating given were very biased and not according to the work done by the leader. Salary will be provided late was not pre informed so many would have started saving earlier. Recently many have been told to upload positive reviews on many sites, which I think one should upload when they feel like giving. To get to know the organisation and your job profile before joining.

This is a fraud company. They don't have anything, neither the product not the services. Don't fall for them.

Dislikes

Fraud Company. Join only to losse your peace of mind or savings. The management will use words like "Can't they work for few months without salary and aid to the growth of the company" and then they won't pay salaries for a year.

Good attachment with collegues and managers.

Very stress full work and platform is not good always facing full of bugs and no salary payment for more than 7 months. Without proper reason layoffs happened. Now company is no more.

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I've received a job offer for a Product Owner role with a CTC of 8.5 LPA (YoE- 1.5 years). The role requires working five days a week, including every alternate Saturday from office. I'm concerned this might affect my work-life balance. Should I continue considering this offer, or is it advisable to continue giving interviews and look for other opportunities? Would love to hear your thoughts!
