They have 8 hours working from 11-7, but the timings aren't flexible. if it had been from 10 to 6 or 9-5 then would've been great.

Dislikes

The employees are great, but the work culture is very poor. The bosses don't communicate properly with each other or even the employees and they scold the employees only. There is no HR. There is no sense of time and punctuality by the bosses themselves. Also learning opportunities are very less. The job responsibilities do not match the Designation fully. Also there are no benefits, not even tea and coffee.
