1) Job security 2) Hybrid Working 3) Salary to some extent considering the location.

Nothing to like about company

Dislikes

Don't join this company even if you get good package. Company have 0 work ethics and manners. Clients and management don't have professionalism at all. You get promotion based on years of service not on your caliber, knowledge. You complete 5 years in organisation you get a promotion you complete 8 years you will get another level promotion. 0 value for your work and dedication.

Learning opportunities are good. Exposure to different research projects across categories and geographies.

Dislikes

1. Low pay - Agencies pay really low, and Brandscapes falls in this category 2. Lack of growth - Growth is slow and time consuming 3. Culture - Very top-down culture, limited decision making autonomy for junior employees 4. Work-Life Balance - Lot of work under limited time, poor work-life balance

... of politics. You won't get basic facilities. And worst thing, they are sinking. Lost all the clients and firing people on the name of cost cutting. No HR role. All the decisions are taken by few people sitting in management. My suggestion, never ever think about it.

I like the work enviornment as compare to my previous experience as well as company shares their profit with an employees in the form of incentives & Bonus which is most important thing.
