Need change & add the Brack times . Actually they are working 8hours per day in shifts wise. So, then are provide brack fast only. My concern is thay want to provide afternoon Lunch & evning dinner also. Because of employees health issues.

Too much political, top Management works for other wrong people’s opinions, not go in to details, Many people in the Team is too much selfish not supportive each others, feels like Brandix culture, Not giving enough time for new comers to study the process and perform, HR process is too slow it’s like a government office Due to poor Planing loosening efficiency I am sorry in my 29 years experience I feel bad during this 2and half months This is the truth I seen there are too many barriers to slow down the process Needs to improve a lot as a company

As far as i am concerned i put myself in a different way to achieve my pre determind goals successfully. It was appreciated also by the management. Pleasure working with Brandix.
