Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Just Pathetic company.Work is not related to position applied and time is not fixed it can be too late also in night. Company located at worst place transport facility not available just because boss house is nearby and environment like a shop. Old employees like kavya they don't have sence and manners how to talk to people and always doing politics in office. before joining behaviour is like so sweet and after joining she shows her real face. She is not doing her own work always get's her work done by others and goes for a walk her self for hours of hours. l haven't saw girl like her and untill she will be in the organisation no one will stay for long in this environment. Even when I was joined just one guy left organisation after fed-up with her behaviour. If any one want to join please check out office environment and washroom damn sure you will be never ever join.
