There is alot of politics and the salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a 3 years of training complete no job security and excess of working 10 hours per shift.

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.

Good work environment, friendly seniors, alot to learn, best quality food with cleanlyness (lunch and dinner), transportation.

Dislikes

Pay is really low and increament is very low. And they hardly make an employee permenent.
