Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to 10-12 hours straight in a days evening and sometimes late into tha night. But every day job related the new learning..

Very comfurtaful enviroment and on the training is well,salary is11500 per mon, less work tension, high job security, growth is well.

Salary increment is good but no career improvements. If you join as trainee you will be used as trainee after you got experienced. Not a good place to work for BE graduates.

Plant is not in Jamshedpur, it's located at Saraikela, Descision making by HR team is poor, management trusting on negative feedback by negative employees. Site Head always indulge in politics and corruption.
