They will not provide decent salary to contract employees. this company cant move forward without these contract employees. Contract employees are the backbone of this company. Apprentices also have high workload. Company not providing any insurance to contract Engineers. All contract male employees ( technician, supervisor, engineers) should wear uniform ( this uniform material is low quality and not comfortable). Management also showing gender discrimination towards contract employees. Because female contract employees can wear any type of outfit, but male employees should wear uniform dress.

Im working here as a contract employee. They will not provide descent salary to contract employees. There is also no salary increment to contract employees.

...t here is a all facilities,no work pressure, specially for female are safe here. As I'm on contractual basis here is salary increase. Only Delhi government basis increase.
