Near about Ranchi city and communication is very good. Good weather near periphery.

Dislikes

No ethics, poor safety culture, salary is not being credited timely, small plant with tough politics, poor in spare procurement, very less budget for spare and less time for maintenance.

Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts And lot of employees friendly policies and initiatives from HR department.many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees,

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
