one thing only would like to share that they use to keep one month salary on hold. i.e current month salary would be disbursed after 25th of next month.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
