Flexible in getting leaves. Flexible shifts. Free transportation. Nice township. Good Officer's mess with subsidised food rate.

Dislikes

No proper trainings are given to GETs. Very less salary to the people who join as GET but experienced people get the best of the market. Work culture is not that bad.

I am getting full freedom to do my work with my team and Department head is giving us importance and also listening our voice

In same post some people are getting more then double salary and no value of education as I feel here.

It provided me with the experience of working with latest technologies, I got to know the real life problems associated with industries and various troubleshooting techniques. The seniors and colleagues were quiet friendly here.

The salary structure was not up-to the mark. Working hours were not fixed , even sometimes had to cancel my leaves . The company requires a bit more disciplined environment.

one can experience best work life balance along with great place to learning from every employee. All employees are very friendly and always help their juniors. HR policy are very employee friendly and the higher management are always ready to acknowledge every positive work which can be betterment for environmental and positive growth of company.

Salary package of GET/DET should be improved from existing structure.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
