4.0 MTPA Iron ore concentrate production at Beneficiation plant, Tanto, Barbil, Odisha
218 km long iron ore slurry pipeline from Beneficiation plant to Pellet plant.
4.0 MTPA Iron ore Pellet plant at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Area, Jajpur, Odisha
Environment Protection is the key criteria for selection of site. Beneficiation Plant is at the foothills of mines. Location is site specific, since many iron ore mines are adjacent to the Plant site. Location of plant enables mechanized movement of iron ore fines from the adjacent mines, thus minimizing truck movement and pollution.
Pellet plant is within Kalinga Nagar Industrial Area, which is a steel hub of Eastern India. This plant is situated in the proximity to following two ports of East Coast India for export of pellets. Paradeep Port is at 120 kms away &Dhamra Port is at 135 kms away from pellet plant.
