Working at Brady crop its great experience and I like the values and culture what the management fallows its very fair to employees and organization too. The best thing about the company is that management gives all the liberty to employee to learn whatever they want to learn in organization so that employee can excel their knowledge. I think there is no such things I don't like about the company, Because if I am working somewhere I am make sure that I like about my job and also My Company. But till there is some areas needs improvement which is "I didn't have enough challenges. After a while, all the projects became repetitive. I thrive one challenge.

Good market presence and clean office spaces. Product marketing is great and dmhas a different offering.

Dislikes

You literally need to do flatter director here or slowly you are positioned in experiences by which you will see your performance being challenged. They start planning your exit. HR is a puppy and the corporate management do not care about people in India. Their all efforts are only to keep the book cover clean and bright. Not an organization to work in India if you are passionate and looking to build a serious career. Stay for 2 years and leave.

First thing..they hire by saying lie. The managers don't work..just come for sleep. Only malyalis working. So entire management is based. Already company has so much complains on ethical issues that CFO fired the entire team including HR managers. It's a waste of tym , if ur thinking to work. And off course no job security.

I did like it at first but later there was nothing to like about Brady as a company.

Dislikes

The India management Needs a complete reconstruction the people working here for over 10years are terrible they learn from the new joinees take credit for it and the only option you have is to leave. These people are there because they cannot go anywhere else to work no one will hire them. They lack skills, so they are here just to use you. You may say it is in most companies if that's the case compare the technology of manufacturing companies and you have your answer. Imagine signing a bond for taking a training I have a colleague's of mine who left due to This, basically you tell one person to learn keep him or her in bond then make their life living hell because if they leave they have to pay as per the bond if your fired there is no bond to adhere to, so if you are a new joinee you will find yourself in the middle of this and all you can think off if I just want to do my job deliver and go home. Escalation is useless because the business is more important than an employees. Other companies who are hiring need to understand the difference between stability and knowledge and expertise. It would be better if the management focused more on the success than controlling the growth and recognition of employees just because they were there from the beginning. You are forced to respect people just because you work with them but respect is earned you cannot be force into respecting someone, but surely if you can be nice because you are human. I am referring to the location I worked in Whitefield.
