My interview at Brad Realty was exceptional. The team was very welcoming, and the questions were both challenging and relevant. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with different team members and get a comprehensive understanding of the company's vision and goals.

I feel sick leaves should be give during probation period. Sick leaves should be paid leave..

high politics on peak level, and favouritism, decisions depends on management's mood , and clearly mood swings are toxic one of their management so do their decisions, they don't stop till they ruin your mental health completely by unrealistic expectations , leaves will be given if you are a year old employee but the moment you come back your life will be made hell, i don't really feel like to say anything more cause words are not just enough, one moment you will become fav of the management and the very next moment you will be thrown out like Anything, and if the person do their chakri aage piche no matter that person will be saved at any cost despite the fact that whole team get the toxic torture, salary always comes lates, incentives calculation get changed every time during the time of release, demoralize a lot and then expect to work with energy, no work life balance, CHOOSE WISELY!!!!
