Only one thing - work from home

Dislikes

Everything! They have 20% variable pay which they don't want to pay. They don't pay you well. No benefits. They will deduct your salary coz of petty issues like for missing punch-in punch-out. HR is very nice only when you have no issues. Once you ask them about something, they will become very rude to you. They don't pay salary on time. But they want all your work to be completed on time! No other benefit provided except for WFH. IN SHORT, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

5 days working and salary on time though very less amount..ha hahaha

Everything I dislike...No work life balance, no growth, they give 2% increment which is a big laugh...During interview they will say you one position and after joining they will put you in some other project which will not help you in your future growth. This has happened with me..No experienced and professional people. They don't appreciate you for your good work. Dirty politics goes on every time..No place for good and loyal people. I will suggest never ever join this company or else your life will become a big zero if you want to grow. You will get zero learning experience..Nothing is there to grow n learn.. Everything you will lose only.. Don't go for this company. I will suggest wait some more time and join a place where you can atleast get to learn new technology so that it will help you in your future aspects. Better to go for a start up where you can learn more.
