I think BR Softech is good for learning and career growth as well as work-life-balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is average. Some times, I have to work 9-10 hour in a day. Thre is not any Saturday off in our office which is a little bit haptic for fresher.

Everything, Management doesn't know anything they are doing. They Have absolutely no idea what they are making. Owner, managers have no clue about games and unity game engine and they call themselves a game development company

Can't learn any skill here. NO project delivery. Not true commitment with their clients and never deliver work on time. Even project takes more than 1 or 2 years to complete and after this time, they r not able to deliver the work.

There is nothing which you like about br softech.. Even though when lockdown came in existence they put most of their employees on unpaid leaves without thinking that how they and thier families will survive.. In terms of company culture if we discuss there is no bandwidth for learning.. You can not see tutorial too on your system and can't use your earphone also.. Ya one more thing once you enter in office building they will give you only half hour to lunch beyond this you can't come out side of building for a cup of tea for all 9 hours you have to stick on your chair.. And have to do your task.
