Likes

Senior management is very supportive if you are continuously putting effort to make money for them. They are open to all sort of risk taking abilities if proven track record. The independence to work with your own system and do business with company is precious.

Poor and very bad management. They abuses to the employees. Manager is very cruel and always sees his benefits. Upper management is worst. This company is pure garbage.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
