Salary comes on time without any delay. Some of the discounts can be availed in Ajio and other reliance sites.

Dislikes

There is no job security. HO depends only on RM. Here in South 2 RM for CAG was does not have any market knowledge but knows to project. BM are not consistent under his leadership due to heavy pressure without any strategy.But he does not touch Chennai and Kerala BM even though the business does not takes place.

No body is here in top management who can give the direction and establish the process and KPI of all department. everyone is doing individual work no body know's what they are doing

(1)Nepotism,(2) I was sacked with 30 mts notice period (3) instructed to hand over to a assistant manager ( bcom graduate) - I was AGM ( ACMA, CIMA, SAP HANA Certified) - who couldn't able to take charge of my profile (4) PF withheld till date ( apprx 2 yrs)(5) statuatary bonus ( part of CTC ) - was not provide for 18 months

Dislikes

(1)Top management ( below Director level) -acts as dictator, (2)no clear job responsibility,(3) need to work whole night ( some times) - assignment provided as 6.30 pm & need to present as 10am next day morning (4) always shilds some employees

Bpl company is a good company for every employee and this company which made the product is good and every coustomer are satisfied to bpl product I have one year exprience of bpl

Uncertainty job , proper training sessions not provided. man to man dependent on senior management. Product range not consistent and very poor after sales service.
