Some officers are very rude and always wants to show some power and doesn't consider an employees contribution in organisation and harms the feelings of employees

Only contract workers. BPCL permanent management behave like own properties of the entrie plant.

World worst company the company policy of Contact engineers is so Much irritating and Life die situation for engineers. in Indore BPCL plant Their plant manager uses bad and abusive language to the entire Contract employee. i don't have seen this type of company their contract engineers work as Robot. No hr policy no Canteen or transport facilities. I suggest please don't waste your time to join BPCL LPG filing Plant their no recognition and no appreciation during work

Its a worderfull opportunity to work here as an apprentice.we can learn about safety,house keeping and punchualty.mainly we learn our trade how it is usefull here I'm iti fitter and I do maintenance .I learn to handle tools

Good environment and working culture.Great communication skills. Ability to raise purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery. Great organisational and reporting skills.Different department such as planning room,control room, gas checking in different shed etc. After that reporting all over task which is giving by assistant manager and TC (territory coordinator).

Dislikes

Only for 1 year apprenticeship trainee. There is not hired by after completion of training.
