I am working in BPCL cheppad in last 10, years..These duration i involved in many type of mechanical work and involved in fire system. l have conducted in mocc drill.and supervising in other works like Tank decommissing and related works..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
