The management is pathetic, the payment is worse and the managers don't know anything about how to manage publishing. No training is provided and any changes in the appointment letter or freelance contract won't be notified to the respect employee. Not at all a great place to work. They don't know anything about Acquisition.

The key leadership lacks concrete strategy and investment capabilities to build enough resources to sustain a rather over-ambitious vision. Poor hiring, no permanent payroll, no training or process, no employee benefits, lack of communication from the management team, in-experienced baby managers and no growth plan for employees. Shortly speaking not a company to build career or long-term commitment.

I worked with BPB in past they done big promises before joining and post joining they forgot everything. I feel, It's worst company to work with, No ethics , No rules , No payroll , No Plan just work in blind direction .
