Boring projects. Non scalable and more towards integration side. People with more number of years should only join if prefer work stability over learning curve Does not communicate initially on timings. Most of the projects are in UK shifts, I.e. 2 pm to 9 - 10 pm. Too much negotiation on salary and pay parity.

Most of them are fairly average and many of the times get scrapped after a few years. - BP relies heavily on contractors to do the heavy lifting hence as a developer mostly you have to work with Infosys, IBM folks who do not care anything about the kind of work they deliver and are a pain to work with. - Lot's of middle managers with no technical knowledge or clue of what they are doing. - No clarity on promotions.
