Wrost company I have ever seen. Higher level authority has no manner how to talk. They Deduct salary without any reason. You will forget what is promotion and increment if you work here.

Manager uses slung to talk in SDH Branch Doesn't have a cleaning staff in SDH Branch Doesn't have a sequrity in SDH Branch A medical technologist have forced to work at reception & also forced to unload things from van in SDH Branch. Doesn't have primary facility like ESI + PF in SDH Branch

1.No PF,ESI(Which stuff get PF probably basics salary was very poor condition) 2.No job sequrity 3.After leave the job Hospital authority no clearance the employee 4.ISO certified hospital but no maintain ISO properly 5.Only 14 days leave offer of 1 year(They called limited company) 6.social account must like Facebook (Hospital Facebook page organized many types of interview or post.Hospital employees share post every day if the employee mistakely not to share the post salary deducted.) 7.Salary time delay. 8.Salary delay, incriment delay, bonus delay and year by we have seen bonus increased but only b.p poddar hospital bonus yearly decreased, 9.company ceo arrange many types of un othentic rules because they search to a reason to cut the salary of employees

1.NO PF,ESI 2.MUST HAVE A SOCIAL ACCOUNT, ESPECIALLY FACEBOOK 3.ALL THE PROGRAMS WILL BE ON BP PODDAR FACEBOOK OFFICIAL PAGE MUST BE SHARED,LIKED AND COMMENTED,,, OTHERWISE MANAGEMENT DEDUCTS 25 %SALARY 4.IF GROOMING IS NOT RIGHT,3 DAYS SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED 5.ALSO DEDUCT SALARY BY APPLYING FOR LEAVE 6.IF YOU FALL ASLEEP ON NIGHT DUTY IN ANY WAY,7 DAYS SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED
